Fabrication

We operate a specialized fabrication workshop in Bykampady Industrial Area Building No. XXX. We have an effective fabrication height of XXX m. Our workshop is equipped with state of the art cutting and welding machinery required to take care of all fabrication requirements. Listed are a few fabrication activities in which we are well versed and capable:

1. Fabrication of pipe spools and supports at our workshop and erection of the same at site including welding of site joints.
2. Fabrication of flow equipments like orifice plates, orifice flanges, drip rings etc at our workshop.
3. Valve overhauling, repair and testing at our workshop.
4. All kinds of pressure vessel refurbishment like addition of nozzles, addition and repair of internals, repair by weld build up, patch plate repair etc.
5. All kinds of heat exchanger repair like tube replacement, tube plugging, tube sheet replacement, channel head repair, hydro-jetting and cleaning etc.
